To start, I had this truck worked on by them and they replaced a motor mount and cold air intake. They missed the y bridge sticking out loosing boost so I should have went with a different shop from there. They have had my truck since March so 6 months for a simple job of uppipes and down pipes and fixing the y bridge that they initially missed. I took the up pipes off thinking I would just do the job myself and then got too busy. That’s also when I realized the y bridge sticking out. I explained everything to Jan and Davis. They said they’d finish the job for me so I believed them and towed it up there. They were constantly lying saying they would have it done the next week and the next week. Finally, they started ignoring me just for them to tell me I should come get it. So now I have to get it towed out of there now. Will never recommend again. Have sent multiple people their way just for them to screw me. They don’t realize that this is a small town. They didn’t even speak to me when I went to get my truck. They should do better and learn how to treat people. They only care about the quick turnarounds that they can screw people on and get a quick payday.

The guys at NSD (Jan & Davis) are stand up guys. They are quick, professional and best of all trustworthy. I had an issue in October of last year with the famous Ram ABS module and they got me squared away, a few months later the issue resurfaced through no fault of their own. They were apologetic, made the right phone calls and got me taken care of without any headaches. They treated me like they had known me forever and I wasn't just a customer I was a friend. Deal with confidence, trustworthy and fair priced.

Jan and the ppl at NSD are top notch and honest mechanics! I was having issues with my air conditioning in my Duramax! The code said it was the AC compressor so initially they thought it was the problem! When the dug in deeper and started to address the issue the noticed a plug was loose and my compressor was fine! They recharged my system and saved me hundreds of dollars ! They are knowledgeable and honest! Best diesel mechanics in town won’t take my truck anywhere else!

Jan and his team are incredible to work with. Got my 6.7 in the night before. He turned around a fuel system upgrade and other fixes within a day. Incredible attention to detail and speed while being fairly priced. If you're looking for a reputable shop that'll take care of you, you can look no further for the last shop you'll ever need to try.

My Fuel pump went out on my super duty driving down the road. Quick call to Jan and Davis and they had me set up and back ion the road in no time. These guys are honest, reliable, and get the job done. For all your diesel needs and beyond. They have you and your equipments best interest and they know their stuff! Take your rig to NSD you will not be disappointed in the service you get!
